Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
I am becoming an art student this year and I'm really excited to improve. Hopefully conceptART can help me with this! Currently working with traditional media, markers/pens, suggestions for how to use them better hugely appreciated.
Starting off with two drawings. One is Norman Osborn, Marvel's Green Goblin. It's my first attempt at blending markers, for the face paint, with limited success. I made a lot of rookie mistakes in the lineart, some of which I'm aware of (hairline, sob) and most of which I'm sure I'm not.
The other is a heavily stylized self-'portrait'.
Harry Osborn and Peter Parker. Pencil sketch.

Daredevil and Henry Russo. Pens and Prismacolors.
How does daredevil read the digital LCD thermometer???? heheh, nice work though, looks like you've got a decent handle on anatomy, and your marker work will no doubt get better with practice.
no major crits at the moment, post more work so we can get a better look at your strengths and weaknesses. Cute self portrait by the way
Keep it up!
Hey, thanks for the feedback!
Haha uhh... maybe it's a literal speech bubble! Idk or he makes Henry read it. It's hard to be friends with Daredevil. (;
Thank you for the kind comments (: I'll be sure to keep posting more work. Please do crit anything you do see me doing wrong as harshly as you like (: I want to improve!
Norman Osborn x Father Coulmier, from DeConnick/Rios' Osborn run. Mechanical pencil on bristol card. Slightly NSFW, not explicit.
An inked version of the Norman x Coulmier picture above, a pastiche of the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon with Harry Osborn and Lily Hollister, and a shaded/colored version of the Harry + Peter picture above.
The Sentry and Norman Osborn, markers on marker paper, highlights with opaque white ink, A4.
