    sneegm's wips 'n' sketches

    Hey guys,

I'm new here on Conceptart.org so let me introduce myself first.
My name is Teun Megens, a youngman with the age of 22 comming from this small country called The Netherlands.

The reason I come here is to learn more about drawing and painting so please dont hold back on critting and commenting on my pieces.

I am a starter so i dont have much to show yet. I'll just start showiing my first paintings here:

And now the drawing which I am working on at the moment (WIP).
This is a part of the final piece. I know I suck at drawing folds, so please if you have tips&tricks for it please tell me.
I wanna get this thing pretty realistic, but at the moment I'm drawing this on the same res. as I show you, so thats why there arent much details in it.
    C&C most welcome!

Did a small update on the face (upper char.) to make it a bit more 3D looking.
Worked on the folds on the left side.

Hey man nice stuff you got here, try to watch all proportions. Maybe you already do this, but I can really advice you to work from life too, I use to neglect this but it's helping me tremendously now, and it turned out to be fun, too.

    Keep going!

Woke up this morning, found out my signature was gone..

Thanks Coen. Yes I know i have to keep that in mind more. Now i just sketch an idea and work that out, but without changing the proportions too much. Now i know i gotta keep that in mind the next time while sketching already

    getting it more 3D looking:
