wow, very inspiring. I actually just got done watching a bond flick and these environments envelop the feeling of a james bond game for sure!

I browsed throught your site and looked for any tutorial or process shots, and couldn't find any. I would love to see how you spit these beautiful paintings out in 4-5 hours. If you don't have the time to do a tut/proc, could you send me a link to one that resembles your style?

Oh, and did you work on the psp title as well? or just the console concepts? or maybe they all use the same concept art? cool stuff man - love it!

cool enviroments. I specially like the third one, it has a really nice perspective going on.
my only crit will be on the choosing of a centered focal point in the rest of them. It probably had made some of the images a bit static.
btw, that Bond sketch is fantastic!

    cheers

The 3rd and 7th pics are my personal faves here. The blues are lovely in the 7th one with the water. Nice work! Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff.

    Love the environments.
Bond sketch is nice, though one of his eyes is higher than the other.

you make a good point about concept art gerardo....

sometimes the most useful concept art is not necessarily the most aesthetically pleasing.... there is a distinction between illustration and concept art....

the purpose of concept art is not to look beautiful on it's own as an image, but to provide useful information on a concept or idea.... so the idea itself is more important than the presentation...

what sucks is, i think a lot of people confuse this.... and although they might be making very pretty pictures that would look great hanging on a wall.... they are neglecting the importance of thoughtful, creative and original concepts, which is our job as concept artists....

anyway, great stuff! very convincing light and colors

Great stuff! Recognized them right away as Bond sets (your headline didn't hurt either!). Love the S.P.E.C.T.R.E. logo on the rocket--always makes me wonder where they found an evil logo designer.

    Thats cool,
Connery is the best bond anyway ^^

For me, this old stile boat awakes my memories of the bond movies. Very cool
