    Thumbs up Loomis books! (VIDEO)

Gotta love the elderly. My mom works at an ALF (Assisted living facility), and occasionaly I will go in a draw the residents. My mom took one thing I drew in there a while ago, and one of the residents saw at and gave 2 loomis books to my mom (for me), Fun With a Pencil and Figure Drawing for all it's worth, and today she brought home yet another one, Succesful Drawing. All for free! I am so excited. I am afraid to use them though, Figure Drawing FAIW is extremley delicate (these are like 30's and 40's editions... I will probably just use the PDF's, and keep the originals in a safe place (like a deposit box )

I'd take a picture but I need to set up my 'rents digi cam.

I never thought I'd ever have any in my posession, so this is really cool! They are in really good condition as well.

those are in surprisingly good shape.

i highly recommend you do something nice for the guy who gave them to you.
you know, like a sponge bath or something.

Lucky bastard, wanted to buy those then I saw that Amazon only had second hand ones for an insane amount of cash. Seriously good books.

You can get most Loomis books here pretty cheap, for some reason I don't quite understand they're still getting printed in this lost part of the world, not so great editions but decent enough... you should learn Spanish to read them though
