Although I think that this thread contains some things that I consider an absolute abomination, I think its an absolute MUST SEE for anyone who thinks of art as a paper and a brush.

I like your thread, but let me suggest, show some respects by answering some meaningful questions. That is another way to learn English too.

    你应该回答一些有意义的问题. 那是尊重人家, 是礼貌. 说错了, 勿怪.

please keep posting, I love them, all!

I don't think the 4 watercolor lady sketches, the photos of your girlfriend/girl sucking on a lollipop titled (good for blowjob), and the quick insect sketch you just posted qualify as Finished pieces of work. I could name dozens of other examples in here but I don't feel the need. Which is why this was moved out of the FF forum, it was no longer a thread of finished works but more just for shock value. You should feel free to post whatever work you want in the sketchbook section so I would think you'd rather enjoy it here.

    Shock value: It doesn't take a lot of time to photograph a girl sucking a lollipop, banana, ice pop, finger or whatever you want....and quote "Good for Blowjob" to get a reaction out of people. The same goes for a dead rat or a rotting pie or a mangled cat. I wouldn't consider that a finished piece of work. Just because you are done with something doesn't mean it belongs in the FF forum ie;
    Amen,Mike.

It´s so indignant to see you, people, telling him "you are fantastic" "you are a genious" "Wanimal, how you do..." "You are awesome"....when he just ignore all of you!!!!I feel bad if I don´t reply to someone who has spent some time of his life posting any kind of comment in my SB.Don´t tell me that it´s because he doesn´t understand english, because I have seen him replying when he is attacked,so he understands english perfectly.
Now you can keep treating him as a God.

I try to keep my mind open, all the times, to all kinds of art. Over the course of my life, i missed so many nice things because i didnt gave it a chance, and when , someday, i had the change to experience it, i always looked at myself and said "man, i'm losing so much...how much did i lost already?".

I respect shock-art, i really do. I dislike it, i find it 'disturbing', not because of the contents, but because it always scream: "i want attention but i can't get it straight-foward". But i respect it, from the makers to the fans, i think there is a place in the world for all kinds of artists(even if some, i would prefer not call them artists).

But i really think, 2 things, should be the guide for artists (and any humans, actually) first is: Search for Improvement, and the second is, Help others on their search.
Answering people, being friendly, doing our best to show others how we do something, is really what makes the difference.
Acting like some sort of "exotic man who dont open himself" may be part of this show, but so far, we're in a community based art improvement forum, not a private show.

i really think that you have some pencil and paper talent, and some good ideas, but as a human being to another human being, i will tell you: You're just a another human, and, taking pics of dead cats dont make you better than me, you want attention and love as much as i do, and everyone here does. So, quit pretending you're some sort of god, and start answering people who spend their time talking to you.

PS: language isnt a barrier, my english is pretty bad and i try to comunicate.

    Hi again Wanimal,

Sorry I haven't dropped by for a bit. Great updates since I last visited...my favourite on this page is 'Learning English', absolutely wonderful...

I'm sure it must feel like that trying to learn English, it's a very complex language, so many different meanings and spellings for one word! Haha, no wonder he's throwing up all the words like that and clutching his head!

    Take Care,

    Cx

    wow, MikeCorriero bringing the heat!

the watercolor work is nice, its a quiet change from the shock/disturbia style of images that have made this thread famous, or infamous, or whatever. it does work well as a style, but the goals of which i'm not sure of. if it is pure shock value, great, but it wears off after time. a more substantial group of images may hold people to your work a bit more.

ok man, yur quite the artist i must say.. i have a mixed feeling about yur art. yur drawings and paintings are very very good. most the photos are sick... just sick. and those puppets remind me of music clips of tool. actually, i dont dig those puppets.. most photos i think its just making a photo isnt art. its just, lets make a photo of a pizza someone threw away. or lets make a photo of my girlfriend sucking on a lolli. those insects are very cool and usefull on the otherhand (i'll use them for reference if you dont mind ) but as i said, you are a REAL artist. and its good to get some controversy for you, it keeps people talking about ur 'art'..

    good luck

I think his first couple of posts showed good technical skills and knowledge of anatomy. Some of his other pieces were pretty inspiring and intriguing, to be honest. Aside from this and my being new to the community, I don't see him as a contributing member. He's not looking to improve or expand his skills and pieces...it's more of a showcase filled with FUs. I'm not going to comment on his subject matter or individual pieces, but his attitude definitely deserves some harsh critiques.

There are some interesting pieces in here, but I have to say that I am not impressed by most of the photography. Why don't you just post sketches instead of bad photos? It is almost as if the whole concept of this forum (pun intended) is lost...I enjoy seeing your original artwork, be it sculpture or paintings or drawings.

lots of retarded posts here, hm.
I like the art. It's neat.

As the pattern gets more intricate and subtle being swept along is no longer enough.
