matej - thanks for the website link. hopefully sooner than later
ryanoir - getting abit creepy dude...

chow sketches, topic "steampunk venus". don't really like steampunk, but occasionally I like to challenge myself. we'll see how this goes.
going for nr.2. travelling the world in search of new lovers. the hard part's gonna be bringing out the godliness aspect.

im sorry if i came out creepy haha, i was just kinda fucking around
ive got a tendancy to post on every sketchbook i subscribe to after every update so don't feel like im stalking you ok? D8
this last ones got a wicked flow to it,i'd go for the second from the left, the solid drape of her coat really adds to a cool feeling to it,not much to crit on that though, its got a lot of potential and i hope you get it to a nice finish!
keep at it carnifex, btw, is that your name or is it because of the band carnifex?

ryanoir - dude i'm completely ok with you commenting as soon as i update; infact i like that (hell, i get few enough comments as it is). only the wording of your last two posts was abit, shall we say, unfortunate.
as for the name, it's more or less a nickname that stuck from highschool, and it's latin for "executioner". i only heard of the band much later on.

moving onto clean lines. for whatever reason the sketch feels more dynamic.

unsure on how to continue. it seems abit boring right now. maybe i've just looked it for too long.
plus, how i might have continued that other piece.

As the sun was slowly setting into dusk, dr. bushroot was feverishly working on his newest invention, a possible cure to lice infestations forever!
he suddenly noticed a presence behind him and turned around to meet the expectant gaze of pollinara, his new-found partner in crime and...well, foliage.
"lover, don't you want to go out for me and get us some money?" she leaned a little closer.
"why do you need money right now?"
"with money i can buy things i need, and that makes me happy."
    suddenly she was upon him.
"don't you want me to be happy?"
the sudden warmth of her breath on his face and her touch on his skin turned his thoughts into lava and his spine into jelly.
"i...i shall go and fetch it at once, my dear."
pollinara silently chuckled to herself as he scuttled away.

    matej - thanks!

Here's a new Darkwing Duck fan character!
Slightly taller than Darkwing, his powers are the ability to shoot either toothpaste, water or air out of his giant dentist thingy. Inside his coat he keeps toothbrushes that he occasionaly uses like ninja stars, and sugar-free bubblegum that is so strong it makes steam shoot out your ears. He is somewhat clumsy and behaves similar to Megavolt when that one teams up with Darkwing. His biggest pet peeves are anything messing up his hair, people with bad teeth and candies.
His declared arch-enemy is CeVarity's character Candy. He often has to point out to people that he's not wearing a mask because he's a raccoon. He considers himself one of the good guys, although he often messes up stuff for Darkwing.

yeah, it's just that i'm suffering from burnout right now. whenever i try to clean up a piece with proper lines i can't seem to get the lines right and immediately lose my patience and motivation. just feels a bit too forced currently.
    and i feel under-appreciated.

Very nice crisp line work and you didn't loose any of the gesture in the polish version. I think your cartooning style has improved too.

Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!
