    various cartoons

    Always great to see another vecotr artist on CA

    The sheet of monster heads you did was a GREAT exercise in shapes - each face is expressive and its own character! I really dig Frankenstein's Monster's expression. I also love the first pic, the death of (c). Very crisp and warm, great use of textures and I like the fisheye perspective. be careful of the 5-point stars in the sky, they look a little "Illustrator Cookie Cutter" and lack the beautiful points and curves of the rest of the piece, such as your fallen leaves there.

    One quick crit with the giant hillbilly dude and the chick - their skin tones are almost identical, so I am losing parts of her, particularly her hand, in his arm. You might want to tweak the value and hue a smidge to pop her forward, or maybe slap on a larger shadow to his arm.

    ramiel- thanks for the compliment

    ADStudio- thanks, its going to be weird, not being in school, but i'll have alot more time to work on trying to get better working in this style

    Steph Laberis- thank you for the complments and the in depth critques, i'll avoid using the star shape tool in the future, and your right about the guy with the red hat and the girls skin colors, thanks for letting me know a way to fix it, and i book marked your sight

    Chuck,mate.- thank you very much, ive really liked your work ever since ive been looking on here, i find your stuff real inspiring, i look at your sketch book alot, i always look forward to new posts from you
