The Art of BRINK on CGSociety

Thank you guys, here's something a bit more special than usual. A big article about us came out on CGCociety couple of days ago. There are tons of previously unreleased concept art by me and Laurel Austin(Tully)! Enjoy .

All comments and opinions are welcome and appreciated!

Cant believe your work/ed on Brink. I played it at GamesCOM in Germany and it loooks reeeally good. Cant wait to play it.

Its great to see how a sense of design and style can be put to use in a video game. Too many games just go for straight up faux-realism shit. You guys put a lovely spin on anatomy and your enviros looks lovely.
    Keep up the great work

Amazing work! I heard Brink is supposed to be released somewhere in the spring of 2011, right? After seeing your concepts, I'm definitely buying it. Hoping the work you did really gets incorporated well in the game. Thanks for all the great updates! Keep it up!

    Skies

    Thanks mates!

whisper_wm - yep, we're closing in on a release! There's still some time though . What platform are you getting it for we might see each other on some server somewhere when it comes out?

smokenmirrors - thanks man, although I must admit I still suck at skies and clouds pretty badly, so here's me trying to remedy that by some studies.

    Attachment 1145498

...the conclusion is that I'll need to do a ton more from those.
