She was banned for making an unbelievable amout new threads with paper thin content and meaning. she started about 5 sketchbooks with mostly the same horsy-animal shaped creatures.

    I don't have pictures, but...

We have six cats ranging from 12 years old to barely a year. The youngest, our only female, is a feral that we rescued from a barn, and she saw a Christmas tree for the first time in her life on Sunday (...it's a fake plastic and twisted wire thing).

All six spent at least 12 hours batting balls off the tree and shit like that, which my wife would have to re-hang, than we decided the hell with it, let 'em have fun. When they saw we weren't being annoyed, I guess it lost the thrill or something, because the males drifted off to sleep under the tree and pretty much settled down. The female sat back on a table about 6 feet from the tree and studied it for about two hours, then decided that the balls higher up were nicer than the shit she could reach from the ground...

Flying leap. Approximately 8 feet. Landed two feet from the top...inside the tree.

About 50 ornaments hit the sleeping males on the head, who then started shaking the tree to bust her squeaky ass, so she dug in for dear life, and started batting balls and shit off to hit them and generally destroyed the entire tree.

Her foot slipped, she ended up upside down with her leg caught painfull between a wire branch and the trunk, and let out a scream that could be heard for about six blocks. My wife had to dive in, grab her as best she could, and ended up with both arms and hands bandaged from clawing and minor bites. Finally got her untangled, but the males all thought she was being attacked by something and let out a collective equivalent of a cat war whoop and charged the tree...with my wife still half in it.

we have some big cats. Three are house gentled ferals (HAH!) that can leap a good 10 to 12 feet from a solid launch, and two weigh over 20 pounds apiece.

They all hit at the same time. My wife got out of the way with the female dug into her arm, the tree stood still for maybe 6 seconds, then the strings I used to anchor it broke and the entire mess crashed down into the living room.

Guess what? Cats can jump an amazing distance from a moving object...and they all did, simultaneously landing on a 7-foot china cupboard, the television, the couch, a wooden chair--which flew down the steps after being hit with 22 pounds of cat, and various other nice places like the top of the curtains.

If anyone wants to celebrate New Years eve at my house, come on over...I'm having roof rabbit stew...about a hundred pounds of it...

LOL, that made my day, thanks Ilaekae.

Okay, here's an amusing video of an anti-piracy campaign that is shown before movies and on DVDs here in Germany since the degree of penalty has been increased to max. 5 years imprisonment.

Oh and Ilaekae, man!! I would buy a story book

Dunno if it has already been posted... spent my whole morning reading those pages.
    http://www.overheardatthebeach.com/
    http://www.overheardinnewyork.com/
    http://www.overheardintheoffice.com/

    people are so... weird sometimes...

Extract from over heard in the office:
Caller: I just arrived at my lake house for the summer, and the satellite TV isn't working! Why is it off?!
CSR: Sir, please stay calm. It's simple: we just need to reset your receiver since you've been away for a while.
Caller: How long will that take?
CSR: It's easy, sir. Do you have a potato handy?
Caller: Um, let me see... [Pause] Yes, we just picked some up at the store on our way in -- stocking up.
CSR: Great, sir. An apple would also work. Now, what I need you to do is to cut that potato in half. Then I need you place one half of the potato face-down on top of your receiver. Please make sure it's dry.
    Caller: What?
CSR: Trust me, sir, I'm a professional. We'll have your service back on in no time.
Caller: Okay... [Long pause] Alright, done. Now what?
CSR: Great, sir. The potato will act upon your receiver's magnetic field and will bring the service back online momentarily. It's a built-in security feature so that no one can use your dish while you're away for most of the year.

CSR presses service reset button, remote satellite transmits 'wake up' signal to inactive receiver, TV comes on.

Caller: That's amazing! Who'd have thought... a potato! Will this work every time?
CSR: Just give us a call if you have any problems in the future, and thank you for using this service.
