- My Artwork! -
I played this on my trusty c128 - a chunky piece of lovable c64 goodness with an extra 64 Kb ram that ran at a dashing 2 MHz!
While it started with a green screen instead of the trademark blue, it had native blue screen of death support by typing "GO 64"!
It was an amazingly fugly sunovabitch to boot.
What can i say? Bring on dem Krokodiles. It's on!
Awesome!! I just might enter this one. Just one thing, Nov. 6th ins't a saturday
... not too different from the jungle one methinks.
Hehe, I like how you included your self-portrait, aturkone.
If you have time, I'd suggest clarifying your piece. Make the brushstrokes less chaotic, and have the crocodile stand out from the water a little more.
Great piece. You captured the spirit of Pitfall, I think.
I have finally got round to joining and posting some artwork ! .I figured I'd have a crack at this to try and get a piece of artwork actually finished for once within a reasonable time span . This is my doodle at present...
Any crits or comments are most welcome.
Aturkone : like the self portrait looking good !
Ian L:thx & wow dude you got a great angle here...

edited the first post for clarity: deadline is monday 6th
keep in mind that this topic doesn't *have* to be in a jungle setting.. just read what the game is about and create a nice piece of level for it. jump jump swing jump run dodge jump run run special combomove triangle square triangle circle left left triangle down up circle circle cross
Edit: New one. A bit better.
