Very nice I like the nice soft smooth tones
Areas of focus may be the left foot, either it is pretty big or it doesn't connect to the leg that well, and also some perspective on the face in general or specifically the nose...
It looks very nice though, with great texture, oh and the black smudge on the bottom may be a little problematic -lol
Keep it up though and I will look forward to updates
ps I will see you around , oh and I updated my SB again

Good stuff in here DRD. Very nice.
I had a question though. What sort of paper are you using in the last "Angels" post?
@Jed: Thanks for pointing out the foot, I would have missed it otherwise. I attempted to fix that up, along with the nose, which I was aware of, it is at a strange angle. Do you think this is better?
@Sleepy_Head: This drawing is being done in my sketchbook, which is called an 'earthbound' sketchbook. I found them online, they're very nice. Thanks for stopping in. =)
Further modeling, leg added, of the left and right angel, obviously it's far from done.
Some really nice stuff. Keep it up.
Update, some other doodads
man it looks sweet, keep it up bro
Awesome work so far... Keep plucking away at it...

@Damien: I think if anyone here in this thread doesn't need practice, it's you...=( I really appreciate the lighting explanation, thanks much for that.
More randomness and a pretty much finalized drawing. I think I'll leave the left leg of the right cherub loose;
A study after DaVinci (messed up on the lower left leg) a quick face as an afterthought, a 2 figure studies in charcoal, just linework on the first, obviously...
Nice studies I really like the face, just the kind of empty expression, looks cool and it shows a pretty good understanding of facial anatomy
Keep it up man and those charcoal drawings are looking a lot better, a lot looser and more flowing, however in contrast the pen study, while it looks good, seems stiff and a little unlife-like
But You are improving so keep posting and I will see you around man
Thanks Jed, yeah it does seem pretty lifeless, think it was the way I did it, I traced over a red prismacolour undersketch; since it was an anatomical study, I didn't want to head straight into pen, suicide lol.
Thanks for the comment.
did good on the angels and the quick sketch of Bruce Lee (hope that is who it supposed to be) looks good too ..
