Here follows some horse studies and a sabretooth skeleton i did in a museum.
This cheetah was made for animation studies, so i draw just a few key frames, and below a leopard i did at the zoo, they're so lazy...
hello!! very good!! but.... more, more, more lines action, always think line action, very important! see you later! ( que difícil!!)
Good start to your s.b. and your first set of life drawings are great. I agree with Carlos, look for your lines of action and look to pust them so that you get a good sense of motion! Keep posting!
I'm posting now 2 statues i see at art gallery in my city.
Avelino: Thanks master ( hey, he's my art teacher! ), i'll try to do a best work from now, but i'll post a bit old stuff yet.
Silvestri: Yes man, maybe in the next drawings i'll put a better lines, thanks for the comments!
More life drawings
Ellipses and some simplified 3d forms could help you get the breadths right on areas like the hips and knees. Also, try to describe more with a single line, drawing something without lifting the pen would be a good practice for that. Nice job with the animal studies, those seem to have pretty good construction too. Keep up the anatomy!
Smuli: Thank you for the comments, i really have to practice thousands of life drawing sketches.
Hello all, i'm posting some fan art, i'm a Star Wars fanatic.
So i decided study marker sketches with some Episode 1 concepts.
I don't have a good marker, so i can't control the lines very well. Need to buy a new one.
I have a Sci-fi personal project called Machines ( working title ), but i stoped it for some time to study more about realistic textures and props / vehicle designs.
Here follows a concept art and modeling from the hero, he is without textures, its just a paintover.
The hero's ship in marker sketch.
The robots heads are the villains army concepts, need to do better characters, i'm not satisfied yet.
The stuff was very inspired in Doug Chiang and Feng Zhu art, i love them!
this is just the kick I needed to get me sketchbook out tognite.
In the constellation of Cygnus, there lurks a mysterious invisable force.
My first Zbrush doodle in aprox. 1 hour, i love this software, it's amazing!
Gnome^ : Thanks!!! I wanna see your stuff here too!
This could be my COW66, but i can't finish it yet, need crits!
More 3D modeling / texturing study.
Hi! Time to post some fanart stuff, this is very old stuff, i did this pieces in 1996. Spawn with ink / watercolor and Conan with pen.
