    How to study Bridgman?

I know this is probably silly but i got his Complete Guide to Life Drawing sitting around, and i was wondering what would be an effective way to study it?

There's a comic pro on the site, Dave Finch... he gave me a suggestion for that very book. Open a page and draw each image along side it. Until you're through the book. Afterwards, go through again and open a page, look at the image, close the book and draw from memory. he said he based his career off of that excersize.. and an artist before him did the same.
