really good stuff, it should remind me to train more on anatomy, but I've trained all day; and now it just tells me I need to train even more

I really like the design of the last characters armour/clothes; and the arm and face is hot as well. I also like the flat colouring, though I'm guessing more colours on selected parts would make it even better but - oh the time runs which again reminds me that it's time to train some more, bye for now!

brendan: alo monsieur ! Things will get better with pratice and time, don't worry =). I'd appreciate if you could give me of at least point me to min's brushes. I've been looking for them for quite some time now, but no result. Thanks in advance ! !

Santa: hey! thanks alot for the advices. I'll keep 'em in mind. i'm 18, and will be 19 on the 22nd of march. Thanks for the comment !

Dan: hehe, just let it come all by itself, the more attention you put on what youre doing, the more easily you'll understand it. Will to understand your subject, and time to draw it faster. Thanks !!

    Call0ps: thank you

savant: i'm glad i inspired you. Draw alot now !

    paperX: thanks man !!

Badass pencils as always dan! Really enjoying where youre starting to go with colour as well.
In terms of rendering I think youre neglecting midtone a bit too much, youre rendering the shadow side of the form for the most part, leaving pure white for the rest, evrything ends up looking overexposed and bright, which can work from a design perspective, but not always.
Also, that girl in the last update has the tiniest nose in the world damn pretty nose though.

Hot damn man, you're really putting me down with this kinda stuff. Awesome awesome awesome work.

Love the subtle details on the torso of the first drawing, shows your studies are really payin off. Not too fond of the folds though, could use more overlaps and such to indicate the bunching of the fabric.
The colour job looks sweet so far, hope you render the rest, not just the flesh this time round.

Your digital paints looks to be getting better. Maybe the shoulder could do with a stronger highlight since its right under the lightsource. Keep rocking!

hey dude its been a while since i posted, quite a while.

i really like the texture of the grate type thing on the background of this, its just very nice to see some different textures going on.

this one just goes to show that you have so many freakin things absolutely sussed..... NICE!!!

progress is looking solid in this one, but it made me realize, i don't know that i've ever seen you do non humanoids!?!?!?!? correct me if i'm wrong but i haven't seen any quadrupeds from you! i can understand if you want to keep focusing on the human figure, but i think doing a few animal anatomy studies or whatever would be fun.

anyway man, just keep doing what your doing, you inspire like a mother fucker, so THANKS A CRAP LOAD!

Dile: lol thanks !! practice and time won't be a barriere anymore. =) There's school and also chatting with my dad and family that's taking a bit of time. But i'm not complaining about it.

Nikola: Hey !! thanks for the comment. Yeah, you're right about the values, but on that one shading everything would "close" the drawing itslef from the page. The page and the drawing itself would be too separate and i prefered something "fresh" and light... but maybe i've made some mistakes that broke that intention.
But you're right about the use of light values, especially on something rather representative/realistic with a more dark lighting. That's something that's always been bugging me, doing a range of value for each different part of the drawing, even on shaded areas i'd keep the same value range than bright areas. I'll work on it =)
    Thanks again !

    Marco: thanks mate!!

Brendan: Hi ! thanks alot for the brushes !! And yeah, it's refed, but i changed a few things, like her mouth (lowered it a bit) and her eye's direction. But that's no much compared to the rest that is refed. I've learned a few things on it, and actually there's a noticeable error on that face... will you find it ?

Dan: lol you're doing some great work. i'm glad my stuff's inspiring you. Keep working hard, and thanks for the comment !

    Shinryu: thank you

0shade: you subscribed ?.. lol thanks alot !!

Stark: thank you very much !

Jens: thanks ! i see what you mean, i'll try some, but most of the time rough stuff are in b&w. Colours is still a "fragile" area for me. I gotta do some more studies first to let things go all by themselves

Shinryu: thanks bro! The finished colored one's coming

    Stark: i'm happy you're enjoying it :=)

    PaperX: lol thanks !!

Nikola: yeah, don't worry i'm still working on it. Thanks alot !

Tom: haha, actually you're totally right. I've never branched out to other types of living subjects. I did rarely soe cats or birds but nothing very polished as the human studies. I'll see what i can do.

Daniel: Go to bed you !

    "Finished" the previous pencil

Dude you rock. This is stunning work man.

Noticeable error? mmm, the only thing I see that seems to bother is the nose - it doesn't seem quite in perspective with the rest of the face. But that's minute and hardly worth mentioning. Other than that I don't see anything really wrong.

Anyway keep rocking my socks and boots off, that last colour is looking awesome.
    ciao bro

Dude, you are leaps and bounds better than I remember... This is something else... But I would like to see more updates of quick sketches, just to see where you're at with that. This is still a gem.
