Hey Dan. You're 18. You've got a fucking 5 star sb. You're far too awesome at this to let your family ruin it for you - if that's the case . Hope you get it all worked out man, no offense but you need to get off that island and start living the life you want to live my friend .

Fucking amazing drawings, I'm genuinely jealous. Hope it gets better man.
    ciao

    i have to mimic Brendan.

man, what the hell are you talking about, you can't let a situation get you down like this, even if it is a family thing. you've got super, mega, ultimate talent but most importantly a real passion for what you do, so live out that passion.

of course i don't really know what the issues are but yeah, you can't let yourself get stuck in some crappy life, if something isn't how you want it, change it!

i hope things start looking up soon, you've got lots of support here in the mean time.

I know the feeling Daniel. You just gotta tough through it and keep drawing. Don't stop the drawing for anything bro. You should think about moving out if things continue to deteriorate anymore.

Take care and Keep at it.

all i can say is, keep going dood. i wanted to quit after my 2nd term at artcenter. i just said it's too hard being an artist but, you'll have to sacrifice some stuff in order for your God given talent to flourish!

i hope your family will understand cuz this is your life and you should decide on what to do with it.

    I'm looking for work!

Hey man, glad to hear it's better and you're holding up!

The sketches look awesome, the reffed ones are particularly good, because even though I haven't seen the originals I can see there some Daniel in them too, not just mindless copies.

That said, the first two are, from where I stand, not far off the last two. Very believable figures, great comps. Love the dramatic lighting in your works man, something I should strive for.

Thanks for updating man, keep well and take it easy
    ciao!

Awesome work here, the rendering is very good, I see you enjoy a more classical approach to drawing. Awesome stuff.

Both sorry to hear things are getting bad and glad they're starting to look up a bit! I really agree that if you had to, you have an opportunity most of us don't have, in that you have the ability needed to make a living.
I hope things don't have to come to that until necessary, though.

Keep it up and good luck!

Gosh.. soooo many replies in a single day .. THANKS ALOT EVERYONE !!!

Dile: thanks my friend !! Keep drawing too !

Brendan: thank you. I will !

    Kronos: thanks ! :=)

    Ashrumm: thank you !

Bendragon: lol...actually it's the "first" time i do soo (withouth counting the scribbles i pass to some friends when we're bored ). Thanks !

    Hazart: thanks!

Marco: hehe i enjoyed playing with those two figures. I should try some more of these.

Santaclaus: lol, i'm glad you like it !

Cup: thank you. I don't think i should leave the only things that have a meaning in my life for the nonsens of other people. i'll try to stay focused as much as i can until i'm leaving this place. There's no way i'll completly give up art for anything.
thanks again for your support !

Stark: hey ! I mostly draw with a normal Hb lead in my mec. pencil... and i hardly ever draw more than 2.. 3... or maybe 5 hours. I often take pauses and then come back. So i can't really know the total amount of time i spend on a single page. Thanks !!

Spade : Hey !! Long time indeed ^^. How are you doing ?
    I'll keep drawing, don't worry :=)

    Chermilla: thanks alot !

    Ryan: Merci ! I'll try

Maxetormer: lol.. actually i'm having alot of fun with those pages...emptying my head from weird thoughts.
    Thanks for dropping by!

Went a bit further on the last one and did a quick page right after it.
Now to some tigermilk pic studies( finally !! ) and some colours !
