Happy New Year, Bhanu! The shoulder buttocks of #1171 and the whole situation in #1177 are hilarious! The abdomen and thighs and general sense of movement and perspective in #1175 are very strong... one of those pieces of yours that has my eyes demanding a next layer of highlighting using a less ruddy hue to still-further find and sculpt certain moments in the form. "Cold Weather Cold Skin" has great tactile dimension with those nice rough but crisp edges, fleeting textures, and heartfelt highlights. #1180 snow looks like cotton, and you've found a pretty gross colour in those letters -- uck.

Keep 'em comin', and keep on keepin' on, buddy! [ *clink* ] Cheers, and Happy Nude Ears!

Rodrigo- Thanks brother. This year this is what I am gonna work, getting good strong compositions, working on the crux of that. And then getting into the spirit of my subjects and trying to communicate as much as possible as thoroughly as possible. I will be pushing these compositiond further too, I know the general direction of where I am going so thats a good thing for one. But I really want to be a GOOD at composing. I would awesomely, just need your support and critique. Thanks alot man, for the support. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Pretzel- Thank you pretzel. I will try to post my works from life, though I cant pormise anything, majorly because I dont really keep most of my studies, tehy mostly get painted upon or digitally I dont really save them. BUt I will try to save more of them post. Thanks again a a very HAPPY NEW YEAR.

OmertA- Yes sir, I will keep it up. Keep visiting and I hope to keep the spirits high here.

Teapo- thanks man.... Happy New Year to you too, thanks, thats another direction I wanna take with my works, add Texture, play with different types of edges and such. Glad you like!

roopesh_3dartist- Hi Roopesh, thanks and welcome to CA my man. Now I hope to see more of your artwork here at CA too. HAPPY NEW YEAR.
    take care.

William b. Hand - HAPPY NEW YEAR, Glad you are liking them works sir.In the headless girl painting, I was tempted to paint more highlights, but for some reason unknown n the realm of logic I didnt.I wanted to give it a subdued look. And I have never properly seen snow in my life, especially not on flat lands. SO yeah, snow and cotton arent that far off are they... yeah they are far off. :/ heh. WIll use photorefrences atleast .
Cold weather cold skin made me happy as well. I think I got it very close to being right. And I happy that the spirit it is visible to you as well.
I will keep at it. And I know you will keep me inspired enough to keep at it.
Thanks and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Nice work! Your figures are really improving, especially in the sense of form and bulkiness. The last one from life is beautiful, that arm in the foreground is so good

oh cool, great work man! http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5127/...599334b4_b.jpg

I really like that one- great use of clean and clear shapes and energy

I think the inky lines in combination with the simple shapes and different colours is working really well, hope you can do more

You sure are excited about the new year, haha.

I think you ought to reconsider the comic typography! The font and all caps is quite hard to read.

Those last few line drawings are hot, the flat colouring with the rugged edges is a very nice compliment.

Coen- Thanks man, I really mean to get good at painting the figure, and there is so much to learn, I just love the journey, and I am glad to be able to share the journey with you guys. Thanks.

    Bharat- thanks a lot man.

Rodrigo- I am gearing up to look in that direction, lines, and abstract shapes. I really want to take this style parallel to the painted stuff, like a lot of artists have etchings along with paintings I guess. Thanks bro

HunterKiller- Yeah I was excited, if pasting a fluorescent happy new year over any painting is excited. hehehe. Thanks for the comment and sketch. Thanks man

    hey man, long time;

awesome stuff in here as always - head demo's great, you're really tenacious with getting everything right. The figures look awesome, but I do specifically like the ones done in line and flat colour. some subtle texture would suite them well, but overall they're pretty kickass. Great use of colours.

Keep murdering, you're a rock star.

STylo- damn, stylo likes my style, hehe...sorry bad joke. But thanks

BrenMan- Hey man, yeah long time no see. Thanks Actually this demo is just 1.03 hours long, so there are many faults in it, After the first few hours I get down to working on the edges and really working on the image. I hate the thing when it is just about right and not just right. Cant get no satisfaction

I am working more towards the line/flat color style, would show more when I make some headway into it. And as you could have seen I am also starting to work on textures.

Much love, from one rock star to another .

The mountain/tree image in post 1204 is interesting. My only crit for it would be that rather than simply copying and flipping things, actually repaint it flipped. That way it still maintains the symmetry, but if you repaint it there will be minor differences and the little asymmetries caused by this add another level of interest.
