    UPDATE

So, after a long while I painted a digi, its sucky and mostly stiff, and not necessarily awesome in composition, but here it is.
And pardon me for the bad resolution of the painting(the original is too big to post)

    Enjoy

    very cool paintings you got here man, I'm really digging this headless series. Whilst I like your colour choices, I don't think you need to keep them so 'flat' - make sure some colours get some variation: reds will have little hints of orange or purple in them, blue will have hints of green, etc;

gotta run, keep it up man!

dude, these are fucking great. Keep rocking it man, you're doing your own thang. In post 974 you said you thought the composition was a bit week, perhaps just extending the bottom of the canvas so his foot doesn't go off of it could help a little? Cheers!

I like your themes. Obviously dig the originality of it all, but also the fact that it looks pretty damn good on top of it!

Metal Fingers- Hey again man, Red Skull, the antagonist in Captain America's story?
I am learning to paint, still have a hard time painting edges. Man that shit is hard.
I just spent 7 straight hours on this painting I did today and it was all because of the stupid edges. Man I am dazed. But it also pays in the end.

Lakka- Thanks alot Lakka, I hope I am able to keep the integrity forever.
As for that reynold's study, I nearly finished it, studied it, but didnt bother to scan it, I have quite a few studies that I havent scanned. I dont really like showing them much, just my original stuff. Oh, and I have also painted over a lot of traditional studies, to save material(canvas/paper). So yeah, thats that.
    But thanks alot.

    -------------------------------------
    The Day My Dog Died

Based on a documentary I watched yesterday"The day my God die", Its about human trafficking in India, that stuff hurts, yet we remain motionless and speechless,
and why not, cuz .....it all ends happily
    Fuck

P.S.- Ok, whenever I save either my Riff or psd file as Jpegs, they lose certain sharpness. I keep the quality high, but that doesnt seem to help. Any suggestions????

So for the last two days, I was in this wierd slump, I wasnt able to realise forms in contours. Normally I am able to see the line of a form on the blank page and I draw over it. But it was just poof, gone. So I struggled, I drew a bit, all shitty drawings. And I started painted too, all of it shit, but after quite a bit of useless struggle I sort of came up with this piece.

    I hope it doesnt suck.
