Just two thingts I notice immediately are that his chin (in the picture) is much more sculpted, yours is a little more rounded at the bottom. Also, his left cheek (our right) in the picture has a sharper definition, your cheek is a little too rounded. Otherwise, keep at it.

Also, it looks like your chin is going a bit off <-- that way, it isn't quite straight. THere are a few very small value differences, but overall you are doing a very top notch job. It reminds me of a skinnier Jack Nicholson a little.

its the details.. shapes of the hi-lites and shadows, your edges differ from the photo. things like that. these can all be touched up though with minimal work. the over all work is excellent. good work, keep it up - JAG

Wish i could just show it in person because taking pictures is so darn hard.

Maybe it just didn't show up in the pics, but I think you need to darken his outer face a bit more in some spots, it isn't completley white there.

Perhaps do a charcoal one, and cover the entire paper first with it... that way you can work both down and up, instead of straight down- you know?

As Justin said it seems like you sort of forgot his cheekbones. They're not completely white. If it was a drawing from your head or even just ref, it wouldn't really matter, but if you're actually comparing it to the photograph, then it definetly needs to be there.
