Great work all around. I'm still digesting this rather impressive feast before I pick faves.

Kenji and Icon-- You two really brought your A-game. Top notch work from both of you! (Damn... hahaha)

Awesome round, although dissapointing that quite a few people pussed out.. Robin, thats a pretty awesome piece, not sure about mine, but that serves me right for starting at the last minute.

Yet to let them all sink in, but I just keep coming back to joshuathejames piece, I love the energy!

It was my choice even before LMS2 started, but after this round I have no doubts: my bet for Last Man Standing goes to nicolas!!!

This round is unfuckingbelievable, everyone pulled out their fancy dresses for this party! I'm still drooling...

Mr. Blonde, Kian: killer entries, may the best one win (I'm so screwed....)

holy shit.. I saw this last night and I knew once I saw it this morning my eyeballs were going to be fucked for the whole day.. Probably the best thunderdome round ever.... So, many top entries... I have to give much respect to Okelvin.. Really has done some impressive work.. Great job... I would hate to the be the judges on the Dave P and Coro match-up. Much love to everyone.. Thanks for the morning inspiration..

Mainloop- man i must be dyslexic.. cuz i thought you asked how many people are on lsd

    Hey Kickassasaurs,

You guys bloew me away this round, no shit. Sorry about the wait, but we wanted to add a central graphic to the new conceptart.org home page (which was the big new feature) promoting the LMSTD. I'm pumped to have the dome promoted so prominently... thanks Manley and Cotron for the opportunity. Also, thanks to Chanman for letting me use one of his kickass entries from the first dome in my design, you rock.

I was thinking about making an extra incentive to each round of the dome by using one of your entries in the design promoting each round. Of course, I'd pick whichever piece caught my eye to carry the design, but I think it'd be cool to have your image promoting the current round of the contest right? Of course it would, goddamnit.

Check out the home page, it looks pretty damn cool right now.

Imp Head will be joining the magnificent Irene Gallo, devious Dan DSIllustration, and Lucious Living Rope as our panel of judges. Waiting on one response from a particular judge I've always wanted to hav eon the panel, and then the judging will be officially underway. It's a fine panel of judges for such great work and tough decisions, they'll do a damn fine job.

And I forgot to say this before, but damn nice showing Posh and SBACHAN! Thanks for the battle and inevitable ejection from my own dome.

I even come back to this thread over and over, and I've looked at these entries for a week solid now putting this together. Awesome.

Wow guys! Nice job all around, this is going to be tough to judge. Dave, you really stepped it up a notch! I'd say my favorite is Dutton's nice take on the subject matter.

Wow, the work this round was incredible. Gotta say Coro's 'literal' piece is probably my fav. Seeing my piece next to all the others made me really wish I had spent more time on it, it was a busy couple of months though.

Red and Sham really handed my ass to me, I bow before you both.

    Great work by all!

There are so many standouts here. The overall quality is humbling, and yet inspiring. Some of my favorites:

poshSpice, nicolas, MainLoop, bumskee, Mr.Blonde, kian, MikeCorreiro (freakin gorgeous colors), Tyranx (something about that sharp-edged graphic style just screams at me), ninja_ASSN, Giovanni (wow), viag, JasonChan (big surprise), on and on and on... Seriously, I'd be listing half the people in the post.

    How about some tutorials?

Absolutely amazing. Here's to anticipating the next round!

Maybe it's how they wanted to celebrate your birthday..by sparing you But seriously, I was REALLY looking forward to that match. Next round, just do a stick figure, ok?
