rather than hiding the feet, you should dig around on images.google.com and find some refs that will allow you to draw them proper. cause right now it's really hurting the composition and the image in general.
same for the fabric. just grab a shirt or a blanket and drape it on a chair/couch/whatever and study the folds and the reaction to curvature.
that said, your rendering is well done throughout the background and foreground. the rocks look great and her skin tones are pretty spot on for the most part. look forward to seeing how you progress from here.
