Shaolin Soccer & Kung Fu Hustle

    Just saw this 2 movies:

Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle...

Some stupid jokes, but definitely great effects, especially in Kung Fu Hustle...i never watched movies with martial arts, well, these 2 are more comedies spiced up with martial arts, but still i was positively surprised and enjoyed them...

Does anyone know movies which are in the same track?

btw we need a Kung Fu Smilie

steven chow did many movies in hongkong that are very silly and equally entertaining back in the 90's (directed by other people). i suggest you start from the begining.. they're REEEEEALY funny. though i'm not sure there's english subtitles.

yeah, Kung Fu Hustle was a suprise. Very awesome effects and cool martial arts kick ass action.

I can't think of anything that's similar to those, but Drunken Master (starring Jackie Chan) is funny with a lot of jawdropping martial arts. It's not zany like Kung Fu Hustle or Shaolin Soccer, but it's still humerous.

Loved both of those movies but I like Shoalin soccer the best. I don't know if there's any new ones with the same style.
I did see one a year ago starring Jacki Chan's son apparently, I forgot the title but I will post it when I remember it. It wasn't as good as the two movies mentioned but the effects were alright. It also starred Samo Hung.

Yeah, Kung Fu Hustle was surprisingly enjoyable, I loled when he tried to assasinate the landlady.
