    Drawing tablet vs. Tablet PC??

So I've recently realized how behind the times I am, and how much cooler a stylized-graphic-illustration is. I looked on craigslist (of course) to find a good priced drawing tablet and found some tablet PCs on there. Question is: are they worth the extra 4 or 5 hundred to be able to draw directly into the program?

The thing about tablet PCs is that the tablet is forever attached. A tablet's lifespan is very long (mine's coming up on 6 years now), but a tablet PC's isn't... and you may want to upgrade.

If you don't have a tablet yet, my opinion is that it's better to get one before getting a tablet PC. Oh, and go for wacom .
