Awesome sb Jesse. Not much to crit on. The studies and sketches look great, nice and loose, and I really like your 3D work. It's also great to see that you take on so many different genres, (characters, creatures, architecture etc), keep it up.
JoshK - Thanks... and that is the question
TheDirtSyndicate - Thanks, yeah i was trying to figure out how to do that but i became to busy to think about it... but it still bugs me a bit
4THe FLOOR - Thank you, i like doing it all
Been pretty busy these past couple of weeks but i have a bunch of stuff to post over the next week. These are sketches i did from life just having some fun playing around. c&c always welcomed. Enjoy!
All right here is a quick preview of a personal project that started over the past term. I call these guys Dusties and they come from belly button lint that is picked and then flicked away. I have made a couple but here is one of them. I call him Peach Zombie. I hope you enjoy.
Something for the holidays, hope everyone has a good one. The second image is a hovercraft thing, i am going to do a little more to it later. C&C always welcomed. Take care and enjoy.
you are really inspiring...probably the best inspiration i've seen in a couple years. thanks ^^
everything looks like it was made for 3d, has a lot of volume.
nice update man, how come you don't put any of those drawings that you did in the vis dev class? Those are awesome
JoshK - hey man thanks. I need to fix a bit of that stuff.
hp - thanks for the comments.
Ok so the future rocking horse thing is a WIP. The illustration is something that came out of me I am not sure. Until next time
Interesting things all around! Your lines are quite clean, and nice ideas too. I like your original approach. The deformations you do on the characters don't perferctly work for me tough, especially on the faces and members. It's a bit stiff.
But nice stuff overall, keep pushing them!
Edit : I'm jealous of your perspective work !! Great !
i love your versatility :>
does he have a metal penis jesse? disturbing but cool =D
I feel like a bad parent with this thread... things have been really chaotic for me lately with the economy. Well here is some thumbs and chicken scratch for your enjoyment. Crits are always welcomed. peace

Ok so another update...I dunno just have time and stuff to post. Ok so the environment is a personal thing I have been working on. I decided to make a quick paper model of it after a little inspiration.
I started doing some stuff for The Last Starfighter, another personal project I have been doing on and off.
The rest is stuff i do sometimes..."cows make delicious...". Enjoy and please feel free to crit. They are always welcomed. Peace
I really like alot of your work. At times I would have to say some of the cartoons are not within my realm of taste, but for the most part your renderings have oodles of great styling ques and this sketchbook has a lot of really nice work! Keep `em comin`!
Holy SHIT. Awesome sketchbook. I mean seriously.
Pezz3D - Thanks for stopping by

Man, it's great to see you updating! Your ideas and style have always been cool.
wow, great work!
so much different and inspiring stuff in here!
i really like the costume concepts, one little question here:
do you always draw a new pose from nothing, or do you copy to save time?
like to see more
Chic Dance time!
Eiki - Thanks, Ok so the way i do costume concepts is I have a rough figure template and draw over them. For the actual posed characters I make it up and when I remember I use reference to help me. I almost always start with pencil and paper for most of those costume sketches/ideation. Hope that gives you an idea. Any other questions just ask, I will try to answer them best as possible.
revenebo - Thank you and I agree soooo many awesome artist here
