I screwed it up and it's due wednesday. I want to cry right now

young paddy1 - When my work was stolen, it was attached to a board, face down, and inside of a black portfolio case. I'm sure the person who stole it just wanted the case and board to sell.

Really inspiring sketchbook. You have really delicate tonevariations and a good sense of form

the eyes looks good to me though, not cross eyed at all.
you really used the white well too. Beautiful.

That's my favourite cross-eyed mess portrait ever.

I suspect that you have absolutely nothing to worry about. You big drama queen you.

I cropped it down because there was no way I could finish it all. Any last minute critiques? It's due tomorrow morning. The blurriness on one side is from my scanner, btw.

I reckon it could do with some darker values around the eyes and the neck, but Im not complaining

the line above the nostrils is too bold , is standing out. Also the shadow beneath the ears is kinda darker than I think .it should be.ther are also me really white highlights like on the forehead and the other on the arm.
Just minor gliches I might say.
    Beautiful.

    AAAAAAAUUUGGHHH!

In class we're starting color in a week and I wanted to start early with pastels. I have a lot of work to do!!

The first one is a really bad copy of a pastel drawing at the Getty. It's due tomorrow and I'm going to get so much shit for it. The second one is from figure drawing today. The model was really cool and dressed up for halloween. I did the head because we're doing profiles in class tomorrow and I wanted to practice

Edit: I don't know where the green is coming from on these photos. I used no green!!

Umm.. awesome stuff as usual? I really like them both. I don't see anything wrong with the first, and the second is very nice. What size are these?

wow, stunning work. the kind of stuff that makes me want to take art classes, just to have an excuse to draw big things in pastels and charcoal on colored and textured paper. really really amazing work. is this a drawing-media-only class, or will you move onto paints later in the year?

    Both updates look beautiful.
Really good . Green , yeah it happens , stupid technology. But one other thing I saw was a tone of yellow on both the faces. The tones dont fit in there very well.

SOrry for putting those hideous marks on your beautiful works but these arer places where I saw that tone , please tell me was it supposed to be there, I dont have much experince with colors .Or is it just me whos seeing those.
    Take care.
