Hey noelle, send me a message on AIM(brokencow) one day when you've got free time and feel up to an Open Canvas session.

Ohh, and, you're the best ever. I have so much catching up to do.

Beautiful work and thank you for keeping us entertained with little Photoshop stuff on the side. Are you going to put nipples on the god? :] Keep up the awesomeness!

Heres a figure painting from class and a 15 minute doodle I did when I got home using a similar technique. I've got a lot to work on, but theres a little improvement since last week. I don't understand why I paint so big at home and so small at school.

MattGamer - I don't think I'm going to put nipples on the god because I think it makes her too human. I've been experimenting with what else to put there to break up the form though.

Randall - Ben is setting up the connection here, but it is REALLY wonky. I can only enable internet on my computer for a few minutes until it blue-screens. I'll let you know when it is stable enough to use OC though!

    Thanks everyone!

damn i love to study your studies! the "doodle" of the young girl has such great weight, presence and dynamics, superb use of ground-tone show-through. this type of stroke and texture would be excellent for soft pastels, i think. was it ref'd or from life?

I haven't used painter in a while. I'm painting a lot of faces because I don't really feel like painting.

My friend, u really inspire one such as myself to take up the paintbrush, be it digital or traditional, I take it your in art college? Well either way, your pieces are astounding to look at.

Have u thought about concepting orginal characters and the like? If u haven't already that is, i think u'd be super efficient at that type of subject, then again, u most likely already have been there and done that.

Anyway mate, keep submitting as u like, u have one more watcher

Why do u stick your nose in other families business'. Come on dude don't u have any HOBBIES?

My sketchbook beckons, ave a look see?

I would suggest not using a small brush for this one, you sort of gave the impression of facial hair or skin deforities

really great work though, inspiring too
