They're both excellent Nick, but I gotta say, I LOOOOOOVE that Dragon Stryder one! The pose, the concept, it's just perfect. Awesome, awesome job dude.

Oh Mannnnnn ! I'm currently trying to come up with the money to build a pole barn. Dang this is great work and concept as mentioned above. Oh i wanna buy clay sooo bad ! I assume its clay, but now that i calm down a bit, you wouldnt paint clay..... Ok, what is it, if not clay? good job on them. I reckon thats airbrushed paint . Details man, details ! he he.. rick

Well, i just went to your site Nick. I read that you use super sculpey....I'm old enough to be your dad i bet, so i 'm not a "fanboy". I guess thats the term. I'm old i tell ya ! LOL. But i am a fan of your artwork, sculpting and cg. Wish you the best and may your talent keep you quite comfortable the rest of your days.

    Thanks guys.

Troyboy - Thanks for the kind words. (I'm a fan of you work as well.) It's much appreciated.

rickw - Yeah it is Super Sculpey mixed with Sculpey III for the color. I just followed Smellybugs instructions http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=18287 (Thank you sooo much for the tutorial.) I then painted this with an airbrush and some traditional brushes. The only thing that I did that might be slightly odd is use a Prisma color marker for the spots on his body.

    Thanks for the support,

    NickZ.

Amazing! Are they characters from your imagination? Not that they'd be less impressive otherwise.. Excellent work, VERY inspirational!!!!

Beautiful and original work mate. Originality is something I personally feel is a near imposiblity, but not impossible.. You, amongst other guys here have pulled it off nicely. Keep up the excellent work and hope to see more stuff.

    Saittam - Thank bro!

Cateaic - Thank you sir, the scale is roughly 13 inches from the tip of the horn to the bottom of his feet.

Cat - Yes all from my imagination. That is when I have the most fun, when I get to use my imagination. Thanks, your kind words are inspirational as well.

DreamersEye - Thanks for the kind words, and you will see more...I just have to finish them all. (For some reason I live to have about 3 or 4 projects going at one time.....DOH!)

    Thanks Brandon,

You and your bro have been a great help to me. Thanks for helping me with my stolen sculpture problem, it has finally been resolved. I never got the sculpture back but thanks to you and your bro I did get compensated to a level that made me happy.

    Still miss my sculpture...sniff sniff
