    Fishspawn:: My school break is coming up in a week and hopefully I can get some more variety in this sketch book. Thanks!
    AvatarJimmy:: Thanks for the advice, sometimes I think I am alittle quick to jump into value and skip nailing down the proportions, which is something I need to do. Thanks!
    Zord:: Thanks, cheers.
    Mr.Lyon:: thanks!

    Faxtar. outstanding work. how many paintings do you do in a day? do you set time limits for any of your works?

    well, very interesting pieces, well lit, and emotions well captured.

    I think your studies are really good. Very clear understanding of shape, form and lighting. However, I feel that you are very weak in constructing your own figures without reference. Try to practice building your heads from basic shapes as shown in Loomis' figure book. Also, Bridgeman's life drawing may be helpful as well for drawing the body using construction methods.

    Treks: Thanks, no real time limits, most of the oil portraits are 3hrs long just because thats how long the painting class was.

    Lone Wolf: Thank you!

    softocean: Thanks, drawing the figure from my head is something I have been working on. I have done some Bridgeman studies, I should probably do more though.

    Heres some more stuff...
