Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
Anyway, keep up the anatomy study they will help loads man. Watch the perspective in that last drawing. We're looking straight at the figure yet the feet placement suggests we are looking down at them. Make sure the pose balances too. Something I do sometimes if Im having difficulties with the pose is to get into that pose myself. Ian McCaig apparently keeps a large mirror infront of his desk and always acts out the poses.
Thats all for now Evile Dog!
He he Cheers ben yeah that dude was a bit wonkey eh?
Yeah I remember iian doing that on one of the starwars special features.
I happen to have one of those in my room. Might try it.
Heres some dodgy digi poses, from pose maniacs.
Great character design and style, nice job!
Delightful poses you made there man. Cool SK, keep it up!
Sup Justin, ah yeah falling into that trap again, I remember you telling me the same thing about mullins, owell I'm just distilling my influences until I get something good. Life drawing starts up at Uni soon, that'll be fun
I modeled on of Feng's old tanks in sketchup for practice.
By the way I have uploaded the v1.1 of my website, check it out, feedback appreciated.

(not to return and punch you in the face again), but try warping the textures across the form so the flat stuff reads better. Where the values on the simple model are only just barely defining the planes, the texture needs to indicate which way the metal is facing. Nice sketchup model btw.. need to learn that sometime...
Wicked sick... in a good way
Yeah mapping out the textures isn't hard it just takes a while.
Anyway here's quick head, in sketchup. Of course it's only after you make it that your realise that there's an ULTRA easy way to do things lol...
I photoshoped together a M4/Druganov/Grenadelauncher/G-36/p90/.50 Barret and a few more guns and used project texture to trace the contours and texture it at the same time in sketchup, I like this method a lot , very fast.
Just wanted to drop this link.. it shows what I mean about the tank:
It seems like you are moving more towards matte and 3d techniques, cool!
