I really like the first face. Great display of shape, bone structure, lighting and shadow. The shape of the nose is the only thing looking a bit odd IMO, and I would have changed it. It has something to do with the shape of the nostrils and nosewings.

On to the second one. Lovely lines, although they could be somewhat cleaner. But hey, its a sketch right. The slope on her chest is a bit off. A bit too round/convex. Check out some ref for that. Also, her shoulder sticks out at a rather awkward position.

I really like this scenerypiece. I'd love to see the rest of it when it's finished.

    Please post more pictures!

Hey guys thx for the comments

kaktuzlime: these 3 were done on a concert and I had no rubber with me so they are a bit unclean :p
    I'll revisit them maybe
I wanted the death asiciation in the first one that's why I gave him the hard nose shadow
but it did't come out that great, anway it's marker so no real way to change it
I may get myself some ref. on such coasts and take it further since I have to practice enviros a lot

Dile: yeah I like his pieces a lot
fullbodyshot of the char is to come...

    edit: old pics storage
    3 drawings I did recently
    #1 with markers
    #2 pencils
    #3 a little enviro (I'll keep trying)

    hi,
nice sketches here. only you figureposes could be a little more natural - but keep on practise.
i like the environment. looks very fast-drawn but has a good mood.

Woot! I've been looking forward to your SB.

It's cool how you used different drawing tools to do the first one, in fact the first one's my favourite in your SB so far.

    Post more dude.

no big thing, poses only seem a little stiff to me.

The first marker sketch looks like it was influenced by Fellah maybe? Either way i like it mate. By chance were they PITT pens?

cool sketches i think everything is good, but the girl could be better. I really like the crosshatch style with the pen with the old man.

hey there, great to see you started your own sketchbook, friend. now i may be finally able to return the favour you did to me when posting so steadily in my thread...

like your hatching a lot, especially in the last piece. gives the sketches an almost wood-printed feeling. nice how you're mixing the different materials...
so, have a great vacation, see you in a while! cheers,

    stine

That one shadowy guy looks like a mancer of some kind.
    Nice.

Whoa I've missed a lot of your updates.

First thing I'd like to note, nice designs and you got some concepts with good potentials man.

There's something I'd like to suggest about your hatchings. I feel you ought to use finer lines and go for more details. In your latest update the hatchings on the body of the beast has the same weight as its outlines, and I don't think that conveys form very well.

    Keep it up dude.
