brilliant. not sure about the square-texture, maybe you could have used something else? it looks like it was drawn onto that square paper you get at schools.. maybe it was?

Wow, this is wierd. I'm one of the guys who had the club at 'Stockholmsterrassen' earlier this summer. Loved the painting you gave us the opportunity to show but I like this even more!
Don't think I had the chance to talk to you during the evening though.

    But I'm le tired...

I actually really like the style - It almost could fit in the realm of (dare I say)... Children's books (although if it did end up in a kid's book, it could do without a certain appendage). It could almost pass as a really big protruding belly-button with a pink hat (huh huh, yeah, you see it...). It has a real "where the wild things are" vs. Tim Burton vs ? look to it, the whole image. Love the shapes thrown in there too.

Anyways, I would love to see more. Thanks Jenna for the great post -

    - Visions

I think its funny when adults who know what they are doing feign drawing like small children. You're close, but the lettering looks several grade levels above the rest of the line work. I also think you could loose the triangles. They're not doing anything for the image, which will be more powerful without them.

Almost as scary as when wandering into the 'futanari' section on japanese image boards by mistake. I like the lines, works well together I think. Speech bubble is getting lost a bit.

Looks perfect for editorial illustration. It's the kind of thing I'd expect to see popping up in the pages of the women's glossies my wife reads.
