    Animations?

    Hi! I'm pretty new around the forums (this is my second post) I'm a junior at UMBC, majoring in Visual Arts and concentrating on animation, though I'm looking to transfer because the curriculum is a little... lacking.

    I just finished my Intro to Animation class this past spring semester, and I'd like to post the result of one of my assignments up on the forums, but is that allowed? It'd probably have to go into the works in progress thread, since it's not done...

    Speaking of done, does anyone know of a freeware video editing program (yeah right)? I really can't afford to get Final Cut Pro on my own. (And I need a lightbox, too..)

    You can get a light box pretty cheap from ebay, My friend had just recently bought one. I think it was 20 pounds but dont quote me on that.

    My highschool has around 14 very old lightboxes that do wiegh at least twenty pounds, however I use an old one my dad has, and it's less than or around a pound. I dont think theyre very expensive, but I'd stay away from the big and heavy ones.

    -20- pounds? Good grief! I didn't know they came that heavy. Thanks for the tip though, I'll have to look out for that.

    In this case
    Pounds=£
    Pounds≠lbs.

    £20=~$38
