haha awesome paintings man I mean really well done, but what happened to pencil?
In my opinion your painting level is way beyond your pencil work.
    seems odd to me?
anyways whatever works for you man, and I would say this is working so keep it up mate

tooled!: yeah, I'm trying to teach myself how to draw better. A good drawing saves a lot of time down the road. Drawing though...it's really hard...I dunno how people like you do it and make it look so easy!
    WhiteC: thanks
    paran0id: lol thanks man! I'm okay...missing europe a bit

cakeypigdog: thank you very much! Glad to know that the thumbnail is a good choice
    dcept: crazy....yeah I am seeing a trend here..hehe thanks!
keith eager: yeah...you should have seen the stuff that used to be on the first page I've come a long way since I came to CA, but I still have a long way to go...
    Bushido: thanks
jedininjaman: the truth is, I don't care much about my pencils...when I am drawing my sketchbook I am not concerned with making a masterpiece pencil drawing. My sketchbook is 4x6 inches, and allows me to get my ideas down on paper. I think if I sat down and wanted to spend like 6 hours on a pencil drawing, it would have similar results to 6 hours on a painting.

speaking of time...This is my first time painting a model in color...I think...for sure it's the first oil paintings done from life. It was more challenging than I anticipated...but very fun first two poses were 45 minutes, and the last was 30 minutes. the 45 minutes are 7x9, and the 30 minute was 5x7
also, a close to finished personal painting 16x20 inches.
