Heh, a lot of this started with inspiration
from members of conceptart back in early 2004,
I started a sketchbook thread
like everyone else and kept posting everyday,
2 years later I got invited to the exclusive sketchbooks
and started this thread,
I'm proud to say I'm one of the few
that have been posting new art everyday nonstop for 5 years
here on conceptart forums :-)
The posting is not essential to become good,
it is just a personal daily deadline for me,
as long as artist create something everyday
they will pretty much advance no matter what,
just keep going and never give up.
I have to hand it to ya; your latest color drawings are excellent. I'd like to see you broaden your horizons a bit more.

Excellent Gabo, really inspiring.
So I've been working on this Ian McCaig exercise
and trying to develop a story.
The robot and girl characters are the ones
on Nov 12 post I just did.
I've made the sketches with a ball point pen this
procedure forces you to think before drawing any lines
values done in PS.
Some of these have 2 options (a/b) feel free to
choose which one communicates the action in a better way.
Special thanks to my wife Kelly for the
awesome feedback on these.
