    Be Carefull With This Guys!!!

    Dear Mr Cotton,

Although you didn't pay me and my friend The Mico for our work (illustrations) for your "Cyber PSI" Card Game, and our firends from ORTHOGRAF Design Studio which work really hard on new logo and Cards Design - it's so unprofessional from you to look some more artists for your "Project".

Hope that you can send me a letter now, cause you ignore my mails almost a year, but if you want reply here - no problem, I can post here all of my letters and of course - all of your letters with your promises too.

And about the artists - BE CAREFUL GUYS - but if you still want to risk - PAYMENT FIRST!!!

    Sotirovski

    Mr. Sotirovski,

As you have chosen to publically air our differences, I will respond here.

Your failure to meet the deadlines we had agreed upon in the past resulted in non-payment. As a result of not receiving your work on time, I lost several thousands of dollars. You understood that, and in an e-mail from you that I still have, you told me I did not have to pay for that work. Your work was never used by us.

You are very talented artists, and I wish you well. I am deeply disappoint you have defamed me on this board. Anyone who wishes to contact contractors we have paid for our current project are welcome to ask for the information from me.

As for you, Mr. Sotirovski, I separate business from personal feelings. I still think your work is excellent in quality. If you are interested in doing any work on this project, I will extend the same terms to you as I am to the others: Specifically, 25% payable upon receipt of illustration comps, 25% payable upon receipt of finished pencils, and 50% payable upon completion of full-color, inked art.

    Best wishes.

    Respectfull Mr. Cotton,

First of all - I didn't like to publically air our differences, but this is THE ONLY WAY to write you and had your answer, so...

I think that you should be absolutely honest now, cause we told you that we will FINISHED and SEND you illustrations for free - but you insist to pay.

We also let you know that we can print that illos here in Macedonia and sent you via DHL (just like we work with many clients Worldwide) - you didn't like that and we understood that too, but it's not that you haven't time, Mr Cotton, cause as a professionals we have our work published on San Diego Comic Con every year, and noone told us that had not time to print things week or two before Comic Con starts.

Did you remember your last couple of letters? You insist to pay and you sent us a lot of letters with some "informations" where you'll send money, some Western Union offices, a lot of promises.... and now and here - we broke deadline because a lot of corrections, and if we didn't deserve to be payed - OK, but what about ORTOGRAF DESIGN Studio? They finish their work on time, although you have a lot of corrections too. Why you didn't pay them?

If you are right - why you didn't answer on all letters we sent you every week, couple of months?

No, Mr Cotton, you can write what you want, but you are not a fair player, so I think that artists MUST be very carefull with you. You are THE ONLY PERSON with whom I ever had problems.

On the other side - it's enough work here for all of these artists, to work with unserious Company.

    Sincerely,
    Aleksandar

    Angry ............

I have to say that Sotirovski is right about this matter. We did our part of the deal for mister Cotton, and he didnt do his.If he wasnt satisfied with any part of our work, well we didnt get any email saying "im not payng you for the delay".We send all of our work to him(with corections) via ftp,and that was everything,no thanks, gotit or anything at all.Till this days we havent heard anything from mister Cooton. This, acording to me,is higly uprofesional and it just isnt fair.He is probably a good man and a good professional????????? but in this case we got ^#%^&%@.So good luck to you all.
    Best wishes
    Sorry for bad english
