Design for the Cure
I am currently part of an organization called Team in Training for the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society. Basically I am in training to bicyle a century (a 100 mile road race), while I train I am raising money and awareness to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. To read more about it click here.
But I'm not just asking for money, no sir. I am also doing something I like to call Design for the Cure. In which I'm donating my time and skills to create graphics in exchange for donations. I know all of you are artists in your own right so if you yourself do not need Graphic Work, please pass this link on to anyone who might.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your time and for reading this.

I forgot one point, that when reading the details of the program you will come across. Of the first $4800 I raise, 25% does not go to the charity, it goes to covering costs.
The reason I don't mention this is because I think that's lame. I want everyone's money to go 100% to the cause. I am paying the $1200 myself. I recently did a freelance job for $400 which will be going through shortly and the rest I've been putting money aside every paycheck.
This is something to look for before donating to any charity as there are operation costs, it's good to know what goes where.
