    Hi, and welcome!
Basically what happened is your model got “dropped.” In a lot of cases if your model gets dropped, then it’s hard to pick it back up again. As you learn more about the program, you will learn when its okay to drop and how to pick it back up again. Z Brush comes with a ton of tutorials. Be sure to watch all of them, they are a great resource to learn from. Another thing to consider, when you save your file, you should also export your model as an OBJ. You can then later import the mesh. As far as the model goes, keep working at it. Hitting the divide button doesn’t always end up giving you a better model. Take your time, and make sure you have the correct shape and proportions, and then divide. Push each resolution level to its limit. A nice in depth anatomy study will help artists of any level. When you start your next model, make sure everything is in correct proportion, and then start adding details. Good luck and keep on posting. I hope this is helpful to you.
