Thanks for the feedback CastorFiber - I've been trying to change the way I approach the digital stuff, it's making me notice all the gaps in my knowledge though !

I'll pop over and post a link to the Bumskee thread in your sketchbook.

A couple more perspective studies before I crash out, and a quick sketch from the train.

playing with angles and cropping/zooming in, might stick to these thumbnails for a bit to get a feel for things.

and another sketch from commuter hell.

couple more, trying to dispense with the lineart.

i'm reworking the bathroom one because floor to ceiling urinals doesn't seem quite right...plus the shape is out and a tonne of other stuff, not to mention the lack of stains ! hah.

gonna start using ref for these, i tend to just use ref to paint from for standalone studies...so i'm gonna start bringing it in here and see if i can get some more believeable stuff going.

need to work zoomed in a bit more so things look ok without scaling down so much. hmph.

Couple more on the train and some random faces.

I need to start drawing faster, or taking longer train journeys.

Some quick skull studies from this morning, a wonky life drawing and something that was inspired by dsg1493 - satan's hamster, not sure if I'll colour it.
