Hey everyone... i do hope you guys take a look at this thread. Cause if you dont your going to kick yourself for it. There is an Art Store called Dick Blick. They have a couple of stores through out the U.S and probably other locations. The thing I like most about Dick Blick. Is the reasonable dicounted prices and that you can order there stuff online.

Also..there is a very wonderful portfolio sale. So if you need a portfolio. Its time to get a perfect one. here is the link

The 10% everyday savings are great if you have the card. For things I can't find there, I go to http://www.jerrysartarama.com/....... but I mostly just visit it to stare at the flat files, etching presses, and other random things I want but will probably never own.

didn't they change the name a couple years ago? I thought it was Blick Arts and Crafts now, or something like that...

Blick Art Materials on the site. I guess they didn't want to change the domain name too. Yes, always good for a giggle when I was in jr. high (went to school down the street from one).

I wish we had a store like this in Brisbane, but the art store here can't compare to Blick. I've only used Blick online, pretty great service!

Yay, I love Dick Blick! I have to drive across town to get to the one here in Nebraska, but boy is it worth it! I've gotten like almost $100 in Prismacolor markers from 'em over the last 2 years alone.

The local one here is having a 20% off sale... this upcoming weekend, I believe. On every non-sale item in the store too. If I wasn't flat broke at the moment, I'd so buy some Prismacolor pencils and multiliner pens. =(
