I wouldn't trade in for a Lite. I like my regular DS. The DS lite seems too small for my alreayd tiny hands. I don't know how everyone else handles it. The birght screens might be cool, but I have no trouble with the regular screens brightness.

cmr, that's pretty sweet. Are you gunna make one for the wii too?

You obviously haven't held them both up together and looked a them. Then you would realize all the bliss that you're missing. The overall design is sleeker and much more appealing. That and the fact that the screens completely blow the old DS out of the water...

cmr8286: That is really cool, it is smaller than it looks when I realised that they were DVD cases and not books. A Wii version would require an abstract like look tho... wait it could be a Wii stand!!! - remember you got that idea here first

Which colour do you have Zebz? I'm having a hard time choosing.

Umm... well... I don't know all the colors available... my GF is partial to waiting for the black one to arrive here. But the DS does show fingerprints a lot, even on the white one. A black one would only magnify the dirtyness. Sort of like when buying a black car. When you have a clean, waxed black paint job on your car it looks sleek as hell and always looks good. But it doesn't take much water, dust or rain to start makin' it look trashy quick. Just my two cents. I'm happy with my white one tho. It can show dirt as well, mind you. Only if you're putting it in dirty places and such... that sounded kinda kinky... lol

whoa, finally - took me ages to log back in to this place.

Anyway I see what you mean, in one way the white appears kinda timeless and semi retro in a G&W style. But the black looks sleek on the outside, but on the inside, on some pics (because I have not seen it for real) it reminds me of the inside of a cheap car.

I have a DSlite and LostMagic. Managed to get online with it and got owned in multiplay. No clue how to get my friend code thing. I'm lvl7. Quite hard game.

Prom, congrats on the DS Lite : ]
You get your friend code by going into said game and looking for the option. Not sure where it is because I don't have Lost Magic (is it good?) but it should be somewhere under either options or WiFi.

You thinking of getting any other games soon? Would love to play you online in something.

    Peace

Sort of random, but I figured this is the place to say such things as...

I've been playing the New Mario Bros game still. I don't know even after I beat the entire game, and got all the stars I'm still playing.

What I'm doing now is playing each level and seeing how fast I can run through it. I was just wondering if anyone wanted to be really goofy and compare times on levels and such.

Example being-----World 1 Level 3. I can beat it in 30 seconds flat.

    Any challengers?
