    Speed Painted Demon Beginning

hey guys, i see a bunch of really great speed paintings and would like to be able to do that (lay down colors and shapes that make sense really fast) what advice could you guys give me on the piece below, how do i take a speed painting to the next step?? I dont really understand what to do. I have no experience with traditional mediums (paints)

firstly, if what you say is true about not having much experience with paints etc... i suggest you get some experience with them, its beyond valuable...
play around with acrylics, oils, watercolours, chalk, charcoal, lots... it all helps in some way.
Aside from that piece of advice, i'm now gonna be really unhelpfull, cos i dont really know much about speed painting. sorry.
