Online T-shirt Printing and other matters

I was wondering if anyone knew of an online retailer that either prints t-shirts (with user-submitted designs) that can be bought for resale, or a retailer that prints and sells t-shirts (with user-submitted designs) to order.

I'm looking around and have found a couple of places... like www.artapart.com. Then there are ones like www.threadless.com, but thats not really a business so much as a contest of sorts. I also saw the ad in the looking for work forum about www.freshattire.com, but thats not quite up yet.

I've been designing some T-shirts for my brother's business and was thinking about selling some myself, for a little extra college money. If anyone has any experience in the matter I'd really appreciate any tips or friendly advice.

Also on the side, I'm looking for somewhere to download free fonts online, besides blambot. Its not really related to the t-shirt thing at all, I just figured I'd throw it in here.

    www.zazzle.com

you design a shirt and order it.
or, you can make your design public,
and other people can buy a shirt with your design.
    you get a percentage.

I really like Zazzle. The shirts are nice quality and the printing is great, it prints into the fabric, so it's completely flexible, no stiffness.

zazzle and spreadshirt, do their prints fade easily?

most t-shirts i've printed (in singapore) faded after a couple of washes.

Well I know this place does actual screenprinting, not the photostatic stuff like cafepress or zazzle. I've never ordered their shirts, but I did get my business cards printed through them and they came out great! (holographic foil stamped onto a gloss stock... schweeeet!).

For actual screenprinting I don't think the price or quantites can be beat, unless you do it yourself with a kit in your garage
