    Bohemian: Thanks for the "holy balls" that made my night! I went through several versions of the topic and many thumbnails to get exactly what I wanted, so I really don't know the total time overall it took to get to the final. As far as creating the actual piece, though, probably about 30 hours. I work with lots of layering with the watercolor and the colored pencil needs to be burnished to get a smooth look, so the process is quite slow. Also, the hand cramping slows things down towards the end.

    Penumbra: Good to hear from you! I'm not sure if the CATL group as a whole will be there this year, but I certainly will. I'm planning on exhibiting in the Art Show again. I look forward to seeing you there!
