i'm bad...i haven't picked up a pencil since last year (2005, for those of you who are lost in time). these are old pieces. i wonder what my new pieces would look like. i'm so rusty.
mystical creature...cross between a leopard, a crocodile, and an elephant
side head view of moto...a creature in one of my unfinished stories...yeah, i have lots of those
this is "no name"...ooohhh...scaaarrrryyyyy
another creature from that one unfinished story...i'm so bad
you guessed it...yet another one of them...okay drop it
satan has a mistress and this is her "hell hound", let's say...yeah, he's from another unfinished story...didn't i already say i had lots of those?
that's funny...most of my drawings are looking towards the same direction, huh! must be my good side, i guess. any constructive criticism, anyone?
Those are pretty good. Looks like you have a giid sense of shading. But, judging by these pictures...they are all profiles. I remember when I started a little while ago, I couldnt draw a whole face, only half of one. But I'm working though it and now it's not so bad. I don't know if its the same for you.
Also it's hard judging if this is your older work. Get out those pencils and draw us some stuff!
Keep at it,
thanks for your comments, bohh. yes, these are all old. as i mentioned above, i haven't picked up a pencil since last year. but, i promise i will sketch something out tonight. i'll use you as my motivation . here's some more 'anti-profile' ones...well, sort of...okay, not really
this is foxxy...from a story
jazzy...from the same story
and spunky...yeah, same story...they're all sisters, somehow
ms. frida...one of my fav artists...i have to work on her eyes
if i were in a comic book this is how i would look...but i'm not...so i look nowhere near that
and now that i think about it, bohh, i do feel quite a bit more comfortable doing profiles than anything. i guess i never really thought about that. thanks for the eye opener .
The frida one is my favorite. You rendered the cloth very nicely. Keep it up!
