amazing sketchbook and amazing development from the beginning to now. Very inspiring stuff!
Heres a video thing I did... I was gonna make it a full length but for some reason the quality was just shit... I gotta get a new video capture tool. Anyways, I sped it up and added music instead. Hopefully it still serves some purpose
finished speed paint -
better off just clicking the link here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bEEqKETnVo just so you can full screen and actually tell whats happening haha. I'll fix the settings so its not so horrible next time... I promise!

I was about to go to bed but then I watch the awesome speed paint video. I like the slight oily moisture you put into your zombie skins.
If I go to bed now and have a nightmare about zombies, I'm going to blame you.
Amazing painting style dude! Wow!
The only crit I have is not for you but for myself: I don't visit this sketchbook as often I should. I'm gonna have to punish myself for that because this stuff is amazing!
Yess mannnnnnnnnn loved tha video

That's just insane!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
I love this realistic moody colors you use lately!
Congets on the Wizards of the Coast job!
You deserve it!
Thanks for the sharing the video! I bet sometimes the maggots accidentally fall between the holes into his mouth.
Maybe some red/green lights on the left side of his face? He's a menace to society!
Hah, that's awesome! I love watching you paint.
fuck yeah, was wantin to watch you paint some more, especially the way these last portraits have turned out. Killer good.
You're an artist, not a meat camera. -Elwell

god youre so close i can feel you sometimes.
-HAHAHA B.B.F.F. Forever...-
I like the bugs crawling on his face. MORE BUGS.
Impressive stuff, dig the lighting!
really excellent lighting, the video was very enlightening as to your process, you appear to carve your art out of the digital.
my one crit with your zombie fella is that maggots tend to work from the inside out, as the insides of animals rot quickest, although his face is pretty necrotic.
The videooooooo! thanks for that!!
I love how the red pops out in the newer version of the zombie :> The upper study is sexy too!
Thanks for sharing that video! for a zombie, he's got some nice pearly white teeth xD Love the piece and vid!
OMG David this video kills me, it's so great thanks for that man. Hope everything is fine with your new job.
