    Angry Adobe Photoshop Error

The other I was working on something on Photoshop CS and my PC crashed (It went to a blue screen so I just restarted it). I thought my Photoshop project would have saved at the last save before it crashed. When I try to open it my Photoshop opens but instead of opening the art I was working on, a pop up simply shows up saying
"Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered."
I hope someone can help me fix the problem.

You get the error opening photoshop, or the file?
If it's the file then it's probably corrupt, I don't think there's any way to save it. I had that problem a lot due to a bad stick of ram causing crashes and BSOD's, so I just got in the habit of saving multiple backups until I could replace the ram.

    Yeah thats bad luck!

    Seems your file is corrupted.

You could try to get a repair tool. There are special tools for corrupted Photoshop files, like Flobo PSD Recovery or APSR...

Before you buy them try a demo if they can repair your file.

I tried them once but didn't helped.

(Have you already opened that file with a text editor? Have a look, cause if the text field is absolutely blank then there is no more file to repair!)
