You need to study your anatomy, go to www.fineart.sk and download the andrew loomis head drawing and figure drawings books. They will help you out a lot. Your proportions are off, facial features are falling off the center line and you dont know the planes of the face very well.

Good to date your work you may see improvements sooner than you think if you learn more about consructing the basic masses of the head. Draw alot of other things still life. figure and such. Peace.

Like it was said before study your anatomy. Look at loomis and this thread http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1432 for some guidance. I also like to pick one part of the anatomy at a time and focus on it drawing redundently. This may not work for everyone but it helps me cement proportions into my little pee brain. Also pay attention to the mass of the thing you are trying to draw rather than just the outlines. Using guidelines for scale can help a bunch. Good luck and keep going.
