Hey - I like that - it needs some refining though. Have a good look at facial muscles and try some more expressions.
As for one pic a day - posting one a day is cool. But drawing only one a day isn't - at least 5 - 6 sketches or doodles beside bigger projects like this one.

well. i wanted to try out ps. ive been working with ps for many years, but never used it as a paint-program. so here we go. gonna post some more sketches tomorrow.

and i like this pose
of that last one i like the colour palette. the linework has a bit of that digital hesitant look to it though..
