Two new double pages from the moleskine. I'm trying to sketch one page for day of "cube" world, and when is possible to combine this schedule with paintings, digital paintings and other projects... Why my time is never enough?!

Thank you Lyno. I'd like to color them as soon as possible. Did you prefer the version with acrylic or the version in wip I tried some time ago?

The wip version gives more texture from the paper, but I like the acrylic more .

That's strange, I usually tend to imagine worlds full of geometrical figures as the ones that you've pictured here. Awesome work, your lines are really great. I wonder if you use pencil of if you work directly with ink (?)
I really really like it a lot. This is what drawing was made for.
    Cheers!

so all my strange ideas come from your head?! That's still more strange then our strange ideas! ahahaha. ok ok, thank you for the visit and the nice words. Normally I draw on the moleskine with lapis, but not every line, just the idea, then I use ink markers. I think to start using real ink soon, but not on moleskine, on big papaer like years ago, with brush. Anyway, I want to continue the serie.

Hey Anjin, I am enjoying a lot your moleskin sketches. So dynamic and good use of lines. You have some great ideas going on and your style is evolving significantly. Would be great if you get to color some of this digitally or traditionally.

Just looking at your past work, only thing I can suggest for your coloring is that in previous pieces it looks a bit monochromatic. Using combination of warm and cool hues adds a lot to the coloring. Keep it up man!

Thank you too, Maestro Andres. I am working on coloring the cubes sketches, and I am also working on some traditional paintings with them (like the two blue I already posted some time ago. I agree with you with the use of combination of warm and cold color, also if, in the paintings I'm trying to use the colors to express difference and not just for coloring. In the sketches I'll try to use your advice.

Your work is coming along nicely. You seem to be focusing almost exclusively on your cartoony stuff, which is good, since it seems to be your strength right now. Maybe you can try and challenge yourself in other areas. Also, add color to your toons like you did in one of your previous posts. It looks awesome.

    peace.
