    slowly!

uh more specifically - lying, sitting or curled up in a ball gently rocking (serious)

I marked all of them. I usually have my music all the way down, my TV on mute, while inside the screened patio but where I am part of the outdoors, while leaning against a wall with a pillow on my head, assuringmy buttocks is in contact with the wall for proper support, and balancing on one foot to increase the sense of balance and motion in my piece, while doing the macarena with my left hand. Miracles, I say.

Yeah, I picked nearly all of them too, though I wasn't being a smart ass. I just do different things different times. Except dancing, laying down, or on one foot

I sit with some energetic music blasting on my ipod or computer if no one else is do anything constructive where they need silence. But I'm new so I might adopt some of these techniques, hehe

I tend to sort of oscillate while I paint...the rhythm helps the creative process.

    I find music too distracting.

    what we call war stories

I've done every drug I could ever find or get and done art at the same time you know acid in art class stoned breaks just going out to smoke something or other a shroom bong hit... addicted to more drugs that next one is all I need right now I go to twelve step meetings and have almost nine years well may 12 is nine years off drugs and alcohol it was a big big problem in my life I crossed the imaginary line between social use to abuse but also the 13th this week will be 3 months without a cigs quit on January 13

but all that art I did high was lost from water damage and had to start over in 89 when I started the road of not using things improperly with some slips here and there the last one being in 97

btw working on latest painting standing and music soon... it is actually a construction on wood
