    Thanks for the comments guys.

(NOTE: writing and drunkeness DON'T mix)
Just got back from beering, being preceded by life drawing (good model, with long legs), with Rodrigo! (he wasn't the model). This time I took my laptop and tablet which was cool. Results as followed (minutes listed):

Thanks man, I liked the 5s and 10s, but the longer poses looked a bit soft - like your saying, the edge quality and variation isn't there. Next time I might just bring along markers and see what I can do, they should be about as quick and the chisel tips will give me that variation.

I've finished my ID degree! So this thread should be updated a bit more often. Should be some anatomy studies soon.

Life drawings from last friday. Had a look at KChen's sweet-ass absolutely bitchin' demos the other day, I'm going to try to apply those to my life drawing this friday.

These are brilliant! You captured the form with line very well, though it seems some parts aren't quite correct (The legs on the 2nd one per se) the 30 minute one seems really good though, maybe try exploring a bit- as well as doing the KChen approach, maybe also try making the figures more abstract, so your mind's eye sees them simpler, and easier to connect. Then fill them out so nicely

Thanks Justin, you're right, I'm trying to put more effort into 'constructing' my anatomy.

Here's my No Skool (vs Art School) entry, I've got some more life drawings from the end of last year to scan in.

Life drawings, forgotten the times - I think the first pic is 5 minute poses and then 10s or 15s. (I really should use a scanner)

    It's been a LONG time...

I've been wanting to rework a previous concept for the IDW - Nastrorosso (red ribbon). This is what I've got at the moment, I think the design needs some revision, it's supposed to be a luxury vehicle/limousine, computer controlled, that sort of thing. Anyway, I think I'll add a couple of people to it for scale, maybe a pimp and his hoes.
